Heather Hayes

Coach Heather grew up in Lisbon Falls, Maine and went to college in Orono. She began doing CrossFit in the fall of 2012 and states that she began coaching as a way to help people and give back to the community in a positive way. She enjoys seeing athletes achieve goals or do things they previously thought they couldn't.

Heather played field hockey, basketball, and softball in high school and played field hockey and various intramural sports while in college and grad school. She states team sports were a huge part of her life, and CrossFit helped her to continue that into adulthood.

Coach Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, brunching, hiking, golfing, and making (delicious) cupcakes in her spare time.
